Mathilde Pluim, DVM, PhD, ECVSMR, is a senior veterinarian at Tierklinik Lüsche, Germany. With expertise in sports medicine and rehabilitation, Mathilde also serves as an FEI Official veterinarian for the German driving team. Holding a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Utrecht University, Mathilde is dedicated to advancing equine welfare.

Rosalie Bos, DVM

Rosalie Bos, DVM, is a dedicated equine veterinarian specializing in orthopaedics and diagnostic imaging. Graduating from Utrecht University in 2020, Rosalie brings her passion for equine sports to her work at the Sporthorse Medical Diagnostic Centre (SMDC) in the Netherlands. With a focus on proactive management and preventive care, Rosalie is committed to ensuring the health and well-being of equine athletes.

Elin Hernlund, DVM, PhD, Diplomate ECVSMR

Elin Hernlund, DVM, PhD, Diplomate ECVSMR, is a veterinarian specialising in equine biomechanics and orthopaedics. She is the head of the Locomotion laboratory at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences and one of two founders of Sleip. Elin is passionate about motion in horses both at work and in her private life (where dressage training takes up most of her time).
